Tinkerbelle…

Looking for a wonderful home…

This little darling is probably a Shetland/Welsh cross.   She was acquired at another local horse rescue’s “Herd Reduction Sale” held in August 2005.

She was malnourished, scoring at 2+ out of 9 for body condition on the American Humane Scale.   She responded quickly to proper nutrition, living conditions, and lots of attention!

She sometimes has issues about being groomed, however she has made tremendous strides, and the kids just love her.  Tinkerbelle has made friends with many of the horses, especially Elsie, the paint yearling we rescued at the same time.

Tinkerbelle is suitable for lead line and can be ridden by a small child if she gets some kind and steady training.  Tink needs a little girl to love her!
