About Trail of Hope...
Our organization spends many hours working with the horses using a variety of natural healing and horsemanship training techniques. Every one of our horses receives individualized care and treatment until such time they are ready to be permanently placed in a loving and appropriate home. All horses remain at the Trail of Hope Horse Rescue and Rehabilitation Center facility until placement. We do not use foster facilities for our rehabilitation program. Horses that are not suitable for placement remain in our care indefinitely.
Our high standards of care limit our size. We require that each horse has its own stall and run, as well as daily access to pasture turnout. Each horse is handled every day, whether that is grooming, training, or spending quiet time in the stall with one of us, depends on the individual's needs.
We are a registered 501(c)(3) organization and fully comply with all financial reporting and tracking requirements. Your donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
